Hello and thank you for your interest in the Class Of 1974! 
This website is intended as an informal, informational gathering point for the WDHS graduating class of 1974.
Over the past three plus decades old friends have moved on to other towns, other states, other countries. Many of us have added (and occasionally subtracted) husbands and wives, children and grandchildren. We've bought cars, boats and homes, sold stocks, lost hair, gained weight. We've all chased dreams which began in those summer bright Iowa fields, followed our hearts north and south. Most of us have settled down, settled in, entrenched.
so, what happens next?
We reunite, regroup, regather. We return to Iowa in August. We reunion.

Becky (Boren) O'Connell has booked a pavilion in Manchester for August 15 of 2009!
To mark the 35th Anniversary of our graduation Becky has begun organizing a physical location for a class reunion. She has placed a personal deposit on a pavilion in Manchester she feels will accomodate a substantial turnout by aging Hawkeyes.

Serving as a communications headquarters to gather and disseminate information about the Class of 1974 in 2007, to chronicle the progress of assembling a reunion and peripherally justify a personal expenditure for a new Mac Book laptop to my wife.

Ideas for the reunion. Food? Beverages? Entertainment? Golf?
A hand. Becky can use all the volunteers she can get to help put plans into motion and spread the word about the proposed gathering. Re-gathering.
